for prenatal imaging. This combined with outpatient
electronic fetal monitoring helps provided reassurance
throughout the pregnancy.

We have now begun to do 1st trimester antenatal screening for Down's Syndrome in our office.
This early screen uses nuchal translucency and a blood sample from the mother. This is a
means to provide early detection and counseling for those wishing to have additional testing
done during their pregnancy.
